Products and orders
Please review each product description before ordering. Physical products require shipping. Digital products are delivered electronically in the format described in the listing.

Provide an accurate email address and, for physical orders, a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an order needs correction.

Prices and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.

Shipping
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please refer to the product listing or checkout for shipping estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a refund.

Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we will refund the payment for that order.

Digital products
Unless a product listing includes a different license, digital purchases are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share the downloadable files, or claim the content as your own.

Our original text, designs, and branding belong to Tracy Digital HQ or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright.
