Refund Policy
Tracy Digital HQ

Physical product returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your physical product. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and free of writing or other marks.

To start a return, email hello.tracydigitalhq@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photographs if available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return postage when the issue is our responsibility.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Digital products
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after the file has been downloaded or accessed. If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Physical orders may be cancelled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies.

Purchases elsewhere
For purchases made through Amazon, Etsy, or another marketplace, request assistance through that platform under its applicable policies.
